Wellways Australia is seeking a Service & Practice Lead – Housing to shape the delivery of housing and homelessness services across Melbourne, Gippsland, Geelong and Shepparton. You’ll lead Doorway, Assertive Outreach and Mental Health and Homelessness services, supporting teams to secure reliable housing and strengthen connections.

You’ll build trusted relationships with health services, community organisations, housing providers and funders, driving Housing First training and practice
