Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to deliver high-level clinical pharmacy services across rehabilitation, virtual ward and Hospital in the Home programs. You will lead medication safety initiatives and drive patient-centred care within multidisciplinary teams.

The role covers inpatient rehabilitation, Community and Oral Health facilities and a range of care settings, with opportunities for teaching, research and service development in a energetic health system.
