Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to manage and enhance voice, telephony, contact centre and collaboration platforms across our enterprise. You will work with RingCentral, Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Teams and Cisco UC to ensure high-quality, secure communications and excellent user experience.

Collaborating with internal teams, carriers and vendors, you will resolve incidents, drive improvements, and support end-user technology in a hybrid Australian workplace.
