This role oversees safe, high-quality, and profitable service delivery—including mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, and vehicle inspections—while leading a team of 8 direct automotive mechanics.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, collaborate on future product strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

- $120,000 - 140,000 + super

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and roster a team of 8 automotive mechanics in a culture safety-driven.
- Oversee automotive mechanical and tyre operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, OEM standards, and legislative compliance.
- Manage operational budgets, workforce efficiency, and profitability.
- Udentify opportunities to grow commercial revenue and customer value.
- Partner with internal strategy and growth teams to refine service offerings.
