Mineral Resources is seeking an energetic Organisational Development Specialist to join its People team in Western Australia. The role focuses on developing leadership capability across the business, delivering bespoke workshops and practical OD solutions in a mining workplace.

You will design, develop and continually improve leadership and capability programs, engaging with frontline and senior leaders, traveling to operational sites as required to bring programs to life.
