Bendigo Bank is seeking a People Partner to work with senior leaders and translate business goals into meaningful people outcomes. This role is part of our national People & Culture team with a transparent career pathway and mentoring.

You will support leaders across cyclical people processes, provide practical people advisory, champion diversity and inclusion, and collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored people solutions. This is a hybrid Melbourne-based role.
