Facility Manager - Aged Care Lead a well-established, medium-sized residential aged care home in Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established service. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining high standards across care, compliance, workforce and financial performance while continuing to build a positive culture for residents and staff.

The Role

- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home
- Lead, support and develop an established leadership and care team
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards, governance and accreditation requirements
- Oversee workforce planning,



rostering and labour performance
- Manage occupancy, budgets and overall financial performance
- Drive accountability, engagement and a positive team culture
- Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain strong resident care and outcomes
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care
- Robust knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence managing workforce, budgets and operational performance
- A visible, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to take ownership of the service
