Serco is seeking a Clinical Manager - Offender Programs at Acacia Prison in Wooroloo, WA, with relocation assistance. Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based rehabilitation and drive clinical excellence within the programs department to reduce reoffending and enhance through-care.

You'll influence rehabilitation strategy, oversee supervision of psychologists and social workers, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes in this complex setting.
