The Role

As an ICP/CCP , you'll provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care across Central Australia as part of a highly skilled and supportive clinical team.

You’ll:

- Deliver advanced life support and critical care in challenging environments
- Manage complex medical, trauma and emergency presentations




- Use advanced clinical assessment, judgement and decision-making skills
- Work autonomously while collaborating with emergency services and other healthcare professionals
- Mentor and support graduate and qualified paramedics
- Champion clinical excellence, patient-centred care and professional standards
- Contribute to a culture of safety, learning and teamwork

About You

You’re an experienced clinician who thrives under pressure, thinks on your feet and isn’t afraid of a challenge.

You’ll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic
- ICP/CCP qualification
- Current unsupervised ICP/CCP experience within an ambulance service
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
- A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous career development

You’ll also hold, or be willing to obtain:

- National Police Clearance
- NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
