Regent Motors Group is seeking a senior Group Payroll Lead to own the Group payroll function and lead a small payroll team across Australia. You will manage end-to-end payroll for 1,100+ employees, ensure compliance with Up-to-date Awards and statutory requirements, and drive system changes including Aurion rollout.

This is a hands-on role reporting to the Group Financial Controller, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement.
