G8 Education Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking a Property Compliance & Maintenance Manager to oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across our national portfolio of centres. You will lead a small team, manage CMMS, and partner with contractors to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and cost-efficient property operations.

Reporting to the National Property Manager, you will drive maintenance programs, coordinate budgets and reporting, and build robust relationships with stakeholders
