Multiplex is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer Lead to guide a regional team in delivering end-user computing support across offices and construction sites. You will manage day-to-day workloads, mentor engineers, and coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues.

The role requires a hands-on leader with solid communication skills and a track record of improving service delivery in IT support environments. Travel across Sydney region is expected.
