The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, highly regarded law firm with over 40 years of experience advising business owners, high-net-worth individuals and investors across Queensland.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Corporate / Commercial Lawyer/Senior Lawyer to join their growing team. Working closely with an established client base, you'll enjoy a broad range of quality corporate and commercial matters, genuine autonomy and excellent long-term career opportunities.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with business owners, founders and skilled advisers, providing practical, commercially focused advice across:

- Corporate structuring, restructures and trust arrangements.
- Share sales, acquisitions and business transactions.
- Shareholder and unitholder agreements.
- Employee share and incentive schemes.




- Business structuring and succession planning.
- Commercial agreements and general advisory matters.
- Tax-effective structuring alongside accountants and advisers.

About You

- 2+ years PAE in Corporate / Commercial Law.
- Robust drafting, negotiation and technical skills.
- Experience independently managing matters and client relationships.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
- Confident communicating with business owners and professional advisers.
- A personable, professional approach and strong attention to detail.
