Contract Administrator - 3 month contract - $100m project

100m Shopping Centre Project | Blacktown, Sydney
3-Month Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder on a major $100m shopping centre project in Blacktown .

This is an initial 3-month contract , starting in approximately 2 weeks , supporting the project team through a busy stage of delivery.

The Role Working alongside the Project Manager and wider delivery team, responsibilities will include:

- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Progress claims and payment schedules
- Variations and cost tracking
- RFIs and contract administration
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and the site team




- Supporting the commercial delivery of the project

About You

- Previous experience as a CA on commercial construction projects
- Ideally experience on shopping centres, retail or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong subcontractor and commercial management skills
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Available to start in approximately 2 weeks
