The GPT Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Office Asset Team in Sydney. You will own day-to-day operations of assets, coordinating trades, contractors and essential services to ensure safe, productive operations and a seamless tenant experience.

You will oversee maintenance requests, conduct inspections, manage budgets and PPMS data, and implement energy, water and waste reduction initiatives while upholding safety and compliance across properties.
