Task & responsibilities

- Make sure food ingredients are fresh, good quality and safe to cook dishes.

- Cook meals according to recipes, menus, and suitable cooking techniques.
- Temperature control and monitoring of ovens, grills, fryers during food preparation.

- Seasoning of foods and making sauces, gravies, dressings and other side dishes.
- Portion and plate meals as required and also keep sizes, presentation.
- Prepare full dishes with required gravies, sauces and garnishes.

- Store both prepared meals in proper temperaturesettings for safety and freshness.
- Select food according to dietary requirements, such as allergies or specific diet plan.

- Help plan menus, food demand and assist in meeting daily production targets.

- Keep cooking equipment clean and hygienic accordingwith safety rules.
- Assist other culinary team members with kitchen operations including meal preparation.





Qualification & experience o Ensuring food quality and selecting fresh ingredients. o Preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menus. o Operating and monitoring ovens, grills and fryers safely.

o Preparing seasonings, sauces, gravies and dressings. o Maintaining correct food portions and presentation standards. o Storing food safely at appropriate temperatures.

o Preparing meals according to dietary requirements. o Assisting with menu planning and daily food production. o Maintaining kitchen hygiene and supporting the culinary team.
