Globetrotter Travel, a full-service travel management company, is currently seeking an experienced and organised Travel Consultant to join a professional team on a full-time basis. We cover corporate, leisure, incentive, group, conference, and event management, using industry best practice & strong supplier relationships to provide an unwavering commitment to our high-profile clients.

This is a position based out of our Nedlands office, and would suit somebody with preexisting experience within the corporate travel consultant space, or a candidate with extensive experience within leisure travel looking to branch into a new specialty.

Responsibilities:

- Book and coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of our clients





- Provide guidance on visa requirements and travel restrictions

- Monitor and manage travel expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities

- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and enquiries in a timely fashion

- Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Experience within the Corporate Travel Consultancy space OR extensive experience within the leisure travel field with some knowledge/exposure or the corporate side of travel

- Experience with reservation systems

- Self-ticketing preferred

- Outstanding customer service skills and drive to expand your current product knowledge

- Ability to self-manage your time and prioritise tasks
- The ability to thrive on a challenge

- Keen problem-solving stills & a can-do attitude
