We're partnering with an established global recruitment firm that specialises in go-to-market hiring (GTM) for technology companies. They're opening up Asia-Pacific for the first time, and they want a genuine GTM or Tech Sales Recruiter to be their first person on the ground.

The roleYou'll own the APAC GTM desk, working with technology clients at every stage from early-stage scale-ups through to established vendors.

You'll be responsible for:

- Running full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across the region
- Building and managing client relationships




- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Developing new business
- Helping shape the processes for the new APAC desk

About you

- Agency recruitment experience in genuine GTM and tech sales hiring
- At least 2 years recruiting in the Australian market
- A robust track record of billing, with 2-4 years in GTM recruitment being ideal
- Ambitious, commercial and comfortable working independently
- Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred)
