ABOUT THE ROLE

Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced C0 Crane Operators / Dogmen for ongoing work with a busy and established precast manufacturing operation in Buchanan, NSW.

This is a hands-on role operating a range of crane types while supporting production activities within a fast-paced precast environment. Successful candidates will be working as part of an experienced crane crew and assisting with general yard activities where required.

? Role: C0 Crane Operator / Dogman

? Employment Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 4:00pm

? Overtime: Saturdays as required

? Pay Rate: $45.68 per hour casual penalty rates

? Start: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operating a variety of cranes, including:

- 90T and 160t mobile Cranes

- Franna Cranes

- Overhead & Gantry Cranes

- Performing dogging and rigging duties

- Lifting and moving precast panels, moulds, and components

- Supporting daily production activities

- Assisting with general labouring and yard duties when required

- Conducting pre-start inspections and equipment checks





- Maintaining safe lifting practices and compliance with site procedures

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced crane operator who is comfortable working across multiple crane types and contributing to a productive team environment.

To be successful, you will have:

✅ C0 Open Crane Ticket - Essential

✅ Dogman Ticket - Essential

✅ White Card (Construction Induction)

✅ Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

✅ Minimum 2 years crane operating experience

✅ Strong understanding of safe lifting practices

✅ Willingness to assist with labouring duties when required

✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening

✅ Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
