We believe in creating a positive and supportive work setting where every tram member can thrive and make a meaningful impact. /n Key Responsibilities: /n – Assist customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person. /n – Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels. /n – Assist with pallet tracking (Loscam & Chep) /n – Assisting with freight invoice entry /n – Assist sales team with general tasks and data entry. /n – Management of the creation and production of both online and offline marketing content /n – Develop, design roll out digital marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, flyers, and catalogues. /n – Regularly update our website with new products and product descriptions.



/n – Assist the warehouse with processing / invoicing of completed orders. /n – Where necessary assisting warehouse with general tasks /n – Assist with Quarantine paperwork for WA/TAS requirements /n /n About you: /n – Proficient in creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms. /n – Copywriting and editing skills for web, email, and marketing materials. /n – Experience in a customer service position or similar. /n – Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. /n – Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, independence, and proactive problem-solving skills. /n – Good knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. /n /n
