Drift City is Elizabeth’s newest indoor entertainment venue: high-energy electric go-kart racing on a purpose-built indoor track. We host walk-in racers, groups, corporate events and kids’ birthday parties, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our front-of-house team in full-time, part-time and casual roles.

What you’ll do

- Welcome guests, check in bookings and process sales (cash and EFTPOS)
- Answer phone, email and online enquiries and make bookings
- Brief guests on safety rules and make sure waivers are completed
- Host birthday parties and group events and keep them running on time
- Help fit helmets and get guests on and off karts alongside our track marshals
- Keep reception, waiting and party areas clean and stocked
- Handle opening and closing duties, including till balancing

About you





- You enjoy dealing with people of all ages and stay calm when it’s busy
- You’re reliable and punctual
- You’re available on weekends and school holidays
- Customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but full training is provided
- A First Aid certificate is a bonus
