Business Improvement Consultant (Mine Processing Plant)

About the role

We are a small but growing team, looking for high performing people to solve problems and deliver sustained value for our mining clients across the following areas:

Business Improvement Implementation (Management Operating Systems)

These are contract roles, which are fly-in fly-out from Brisbane or Sydney .

About you

First and foremost, we are looking for people of good character that will embrace and enhance our inclusive and cutting-edge culture. Additionally, this role also requires:

Significant mining industry experience in Processing or Metallurgy (formal qualifications would be highly regarded).

Expertise in the design and deployment of Management Operating Systems.

Qualifications in improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

A demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking, analysis and pragmatism to frame, solve and deliver tangible value against complex business problems.

Benefits quantification and tracking capability.





Exceptional communication, coaching, facilitation and influence skills that can be applied across diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

A strong work ethic and an ability to produce high quality written content (i.e. presentations and documentation).

The ability to learn, adapt and deliver in a fast-paced environment under uncertainty.

A customer centric focus, ability to lead change and willingness to be "hands on".
