You will investigate and resolve complex technical issues across warehouse automation and software solutions, collaborating with experts in Australia and Europe to keep customer operations running smoothly.

You will work on incident management, root cause analysis, and system integrations using SQL, WCS/WMS, Docker, Kubernetes, and other up-to-date tools.
