Bracken Ridge Tavern in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume venue on the floor. This role demands visible, hands-on leadership across all service areas to maintain exceptional standards and drive customer satisfaction.

The position is 80% operational and 20% administrative, reporting to the General Manager. You will mentor staff, coordinate bars, dining, gaming and events, and contribute to commercial performance while strengthening community
