Mars is seeking a results-driven engineer in Sydney to lead continuous improvement initiatives on the shopfloor. You’ll manage the CI process and budget, prioritise activities, and drive FI projects from concept to completion.

You’ll apply data analysis to remove chronic issues, define escalation triggers, implement SOPs across the site, and coach autonomous teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and solid project-management and communication skills are essential.
