Pet Circle is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee product quality, safety and responsible sourcing for its own brand portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage quality across food and non-food categories, supporting supplier performance and continuous improvement.

This hands-on role involves translating requirements into practical processes, coordinating audits, product testing, and ensuring compliance before products reach customers.
