The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Team Leader in Blackburn, Melbourne with adaptable/hybrid arrangements. You will lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers across VIC, TAS, SA, NT and WA, driving income growth, pipeline development and donor retention.

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will develop strategic account plans, secure significant gifts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise impact.
