Macpac Knox is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on hands-on leadership and driving sales. You will support the Store Manager to optimise store performance, lead by example in customer service, and mentor a team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations, staff coaching, health and safety, stock control and visual merchandising while promoting a positive, inclusive culture that reflects the Macpac brand.
