Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks two Assistant Head of Campus – Student Wellbeing & Growth for Years 10–12. These are 3-year tenured leadership roles alongside ongoing teaching appointments, reporting to the Head of Campus and part of the Pastoral Executive.

Responsibilities include leading wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, and pastoral care, with a focus on belonging, engagement, and secure, structured learning. Salary aligns with MACS scales and includes superannuation benefits.
