Searchability® is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress landing pages and SEO. You will own campaigns, test and refine for better conversions, and support marketing automation while coordinating events and workshops.

You should bring proven lead generation experience, robust WordPress and SEO skills, and the ability to turn technical content into engaging marketing messages. This on-site role is based in Sydney CBD.
