Community Solutions is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with individuals, families and support networks to implement Positive Behaviour Support plans that promote safety, choice and independence. You’ll assessbehaviour and develop evidence-based strategies, and contribute to PBS planning and service delivery in diverse settings.

You will collaborate with families, support workers and allied health professionals, build team capacity through coaching, and help providers
