NoosaCare is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Team Leader to guide our lifestyle and wellbeing programs at Carramar residential aged care in Tewantin. You will lead the Lifestyle team and coordinate volunteers to deliver person-centred care and meaningful experiences for residents.

The role focuses on enhancing residents' physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing, building robust relationships with residents, families and staff, and contributing to a vibrant community on the Sunshine
