Dubbo Health Service is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker – Transition to Practice to deliver high quality culturally competent care for Aboriginal patients. You will work toward registration with AHPRA as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
The role reports to the Aboriginal Health Unit Manager within the Western NSW Local Health District and offers a permanent full time position in Dubbo, NSW.
