Geelong Careers seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a growing aged care allied health provider in Geelong, VIC. This 6-month contract role delivers high-quality OT services within a dementia care specialist facility as part of an cutting-edge Dementia Care pilot program.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the Team Leader and stakeholders to ensure person-centred care across interactions.
