Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Process Operators to join our clients plant processing team on a six-month assignment, FIFO from Perth.

You will support the safe and efficient operation of processing equipment, working closely with the team to meet production targets and maintain product quality. Operate and monitor processing plant equipment safely and efficiently.

- Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify faults and assist with basic maintenance
- Support production targets and maintain quality standards
- Accurately record production data and report operational issues
- Assist with loading and material handling as required
- Work collaboratively to improve plant performance
- Follow site procedures and maintain a solid focus on safety across all activities

About The Employer

Our client, renowned for its high-grade manganese ore at their Woodie Woodie mine site situated approximately 407 kilometres southeast of Port Hedland in Western Australia's Pilbara region.





About The Candidate

- Previous experience in manganese, gold, nickel or other base metal processing plants
- Mobile crusher, loader and dump truck experience preferred
- CAT 988 or WA600 loader experience highly regarded
- Current C Class driver's licence
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work outdoors in hot and challenging conditions
- A strong commitment to safety and following site policies and procedures
- A reliable, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
- Availability to commit to a six-month FIFO assignment
