ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join our IT team to support the smooth delivery of technology services across our global retail network. Working closely with the Service Delivery team, you'll coordinate store technology deployments, manage schedules, support procurement activities, and ensure vendors, stakeholders and internal teams stay aligned to deliver key projects and operational outcomes. This role plays a critical part in keeping our technology initiatives on track, enabling technical teams to focus on delivery while ensuring every detail behind the scenes is expertly coordinated.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE





- Previous experience in a service coordination, administration, project support or operational coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources, vendors or project activities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and confident communicator who can build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Exposure to procurement, purchasing or logistics processes would be highly regarded.
- Experience working with IT service management tools is advantageous.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems and continuously improve processes.
