Burson is seeking a driven Store Manager for the Kilmore Store. You will lead a high-performing team, connect our business plan to daily operations, drive profitability and manage financial performance while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

This hands-on role focuses on coaching, development and safety, championing Burson programs and values, and ensuring exceptional stock availability, service standards, and branch KPI achievement. Saturday mornings may be required.
