Maxlife Care is seeking a hands-on Property and Procurement Lead to own and grow a multi-site residential portfolio across NSW for a doctor-led NDIS provider. Based in Sydney, you will source, secure and manage properties, lead fleet and procurement, and ensure safety and compliance across SIL, STA and MTA homes.

This is a field-based, sole-operator role with regular travel, a fully maintained company vehicle, and adaptable working arrangements by agreement.
