Our Inspirations Paint Dural North store is looking for a dynamic, energetic Store Manager responsible for motivating a team to fulfill sales goals, follow standard processes, develop business strategies and uphold the operational and organizational standards of the store.

We are looking for somebody who understands that providing an engaging customer service experience with a team of motivated team players is key to our business success.

We expect that you lead by example and roll your sleeves up and join in the ‘hustle’ on a busy paint shop floor when the team needs you, as well as ensure the overall stores’ performance keeps in line with agreed sales targets and stock levels ensuring store profitability. Previous experience within the paint industry is essential as the paint industry is a specialised industry and we pride ourselves on providing accurate and professional advice to our customers, both trade and retail.

As Store Manager of Inspirations Paint Dural North, we expect that you undertake a range of tasks such as:

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Leading,



motivating and developing a high-performing team

Identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations

Tinting and mixing paint, colour advice and matching

Managing inventory and stock levels within the store as authorised

Store presentation and housekeeping

Contributing to the overall growth and development of the Inspirations Paint brand

Workplace Health & Safety leadership

We are very keen to hear from candidates who have the following skills and attributes:

Experience in a retail management role, preferably within the paint or building industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Honest, reliable and punctual

Passion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations

This role requires heavy lifting up to 25kgs

The store is open between 6:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 2pm on Saturdays.
