Menswear Sales Consultant – Premium Tailoring

Henry Bucks has been part of Australian menswear since 1890. We are looking for a confident Sales Consultant to join our iconic Sydney CBD store.

This is an opportunity to work with premium menswear, tailoring and made-to-measure services while building lasting relationships with clients who value quality, fit and personalised service.

You’ll guide customers through complete wardrobes and tailored solutions, from their first consultation through to alterations, delivery and ongoing follow-up.

About the role

You will deliver a personalised, high-quality client experience while contributing to the sales success of our Sydney CBD store.

You will:

- Consult with clients to understand their style, fit and wardrobe needs

- Sell complete outfits, suiting and made-to-measure solutions

- Build trusted relationships with new and returning clients





- Manage the customer journey from consultation through to alterations and delivery

- Develop repeat business and maintain a strong client portfolio

- Work towards individual sales, margin and client-development targets

- Maintain high standards of product presentation, merchandising and stock accuracy

- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver an exceptional store experience

About you

You’ll be a confident, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers make considered purchasing decisions.

You will bring:

- Experience in premium menswear, tailoring, luxury fashion or consultative retail

- A successful track record in sales, client development or repeat business

- Confidence selling suits, jackets, complete looks or other premium products

- Strong communication, styling and relationship-building skills

- A polished personal presentation and close attention to detail

- Commercial awareness and confidence working with targets and incentives

- The ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Strong organisation and follow-through

- Availability to work a retail roster, including weekends

Made-to-measure experience is highly regarded. Robust sales professionals from adjacent premium retail categories are encouraged to apply.
