MFN NOMINEES PTY LTD The Nursery Person assists with plant propagation, growing, plant care and preparation of nursery stock, helping maintain healthy plants and efficient day-to-day nursery operations.

Task & responsibilities

- Propagate and grow plants using appropriate horticultural methods
- Assist with seed sowing, cuttings, grafting and potting
- Water, fertilise, prune and maintain plants
- Monitor plant health and assist with pest and disease control
- Prepare plants and nursery stock for sale
- Maintain nursery growing areas and workspaces
- Assist with stock organisation and general nursery duties
- Safely use and maintain horticultural tools and equipment





Qualification & experience

- Previous experience in a nursery or horticultural environment preferred
- Knowledge of plant care and horticultural practices
- Understanding of plant propagation and maintenance
- Ability to identify and respond to basic plant health issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valuable attention to detail and workplace safety
