Vertiv is launching the Early Career Development Program in Sydney, a 12‑month Associate track designed to rapid‑track engineers through technical training, project exposure, mentorship, and rotational assignments across Vertiv's critical infrastructure portfolio.

Starting January or February 2027, graduates (up to two years’ experience) will gain hands‑on learning in engineering, product applications, and services, building technical depth, business awareness, and leadership potential.
