Warehouse Supervisor, Cold Chain Food Distribution | South Brisbane

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run day-to-day warehouse operations and lead our team on the floor. You'll keep orders going out on time and accurate, stock under control, and the site safe and compliant.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, roster and support the warehouse team
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
- Coordinate container unloads and inbound deliveries
- Keep stock accurate through cycle counts and system updates
- Maintain cold chain, food safety and biosecurity standards
- Work with purchasing, sales and transport to keep orders moving
- Make sure WHS procedures are followed and the site stays clean and organised

About you

- At least 2 years supervising in a warehouse, ideally food,



cold storage or FMCG
- Experience with freezer and chiller environments
- Comfortable using an ERP or warehouse system (eSuite experience a bonus)
- Current forklift licence (LF)
- Good organiser who can stay calm when things get busy
- Transparent communicator who leads by example
- Food safety or quarantine (QAP) knowledge is a plus
