About the Role

With a number of upcoming railprojects, we are seeking candidates from experienced graduate up to projectlead level.

Working in our Sydney Studio with a nationalteam of design and delivery leaders within the Rail sector, you will play a keyrole working on key city shaping projects across Australia. We are looking forsomeone who prides themselves on design and delivery excellence and ideally,you will have in interest in working on transport projects, public space orcomplex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist and / or lead in thedevelopment and implementation of design concepts, including in projectbriefing, predesign and conceptual design.
- Prepare architecturaldocumentation including detailed design, renderings and presentationsrequired across all project stages to an advanced standard. Coordinateeffective project delivery, including overseeing procurement andconstruction delivery.
- Report regularly to ProjectLead / Principal on projects, including objectives, progress, resourcesand finances.
- Identify any problems thatmight affect project quality, milestones or finance and makerecommendations to resolve them.
- Establish and nurture goodrelationships with clients and external project contacts.



Work collaboratively withy internalstaff and teams.
- Attendsite visits
- Contribute to our vibrantculture and help foster a community of likeminded individuals

AboutYou

With exciting projects on the horizon, we’re looking for talented architectsacross all career stages, from experienced graduates through to Project Leads.

- Qualifications that meetseligibility requirements for APE registration
- 2 - 8+ years post-graduationexperience
- Strong Revit and 3D modelling(Rhino preferred) and Adobe skills
- Rail experience is highlydesired
- Design communication skillsto convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams
- Preferredprior experience on large-scale, complex public projects
- Workingknowledge and experience applying the requirements of the BCA/NCC andother relevant standards such as the Transport Standards
- A passion for designing forpeople, places and communities
