Working closely with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing renewals, policy servicing, new business opportunities and relationship development across a diverse commercial portfolio.

The Role





- Managing and servicing a portfolio of small to medium commercial clients
- Coordinating renewals, endorsements and cancellations and policy amendments
- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders
- Preparing quotations, premium calculations, policy documentation and client communications
- Identifying opportunities for additional insurance solutions to support client needs
- Maintaining accurate records within systems including Winbeat and OfficeTech.

About you

- Prior experience in a similar insurance broking role
- An understanding of Australian insurance broking practices and processes
- Experience working with insurance broking platforms
