Kempe Engineering Geelong is seeking a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our Moon Street branch in a full time permanent role. This hands-on position offers variety, including valve overhauls, gearbox fault-finding, and machining on lathes and mills.

You will be part of a small, skilled team that values precision, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to train apprentices and contribute to process improvements. This role is based in Geelong with potential shutdown work at client sites.
