The Client Engagement Consultantwill ensure that potential clients and external stakeholders haveevery opportunity to enhance their understanding of UnitingSA’sAged Care service offerings, including Residential Aged Care.

What You’ll Do

- Maximise opportunities in every lead to support growth inUnitingSA Aged Care.
- Provide responsive and exceptional customer service.
- Communicate comprehensive knowledge of available supportsand services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevantstakeholders.
- Create pathways to future lead generation to support agrowth strategy.
- Respond promptly to all service enquiries.
- Offer efficient, frictionless and personalisedservice.
- Liaise with referrers in acute and sub-acute settings tohelp maintain a strong referral network of dischargeplanners.

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering greatclient experiences.
- Experience or demonstrated enthusiasm for clientacquisition and service growth within health, community, oraged care settings.
- A proven ability to deliver high-level customer service andconvert leads into sales. (essential)
- Relationship-building focus and confidence engaging withpotential clients and referrers.
- Solid communication, organisational, and time managementskills.




- A genuine commitment to supporting older people to livewell at home.
- Sound understanding of My Aged Care Service and SupportPortal, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Support at HomeProgram, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteand ability to learn new systems.
- A proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach.
- Attention to detail with strong administration skills.
- Current SA Driver’s licence (essential)
