One Door Mental Health is seeking an empowering Recovery Coach/Support Coordinator for a 1-year full time contract delivering services across South West Sydney, including the South Coast and Southern Highlands.

You will support consumers to locate services within their NDIS plan, build independence, and navigate housing, health and education systems. The onboarding is KPI-free initially, with gradual uptake of billable hours and ongoing team support.
