people2people is seeking a capable IT Support Analyst for a 12-month contract to deliver frontline desktop support across hardware, software and collaboration platforms in a national technology team. You will own issues from request to resolution with a solid customer-service focus.

Key responsibilities include Level 1/2 support, asset installation, troubleshooting Windows/Office, AV and video conferencing, incident management, and documentation of resolutions.
