Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to deliver in-home physiotherapy services across the Western Sydney area. The role focuses on helping older adults stay mobile, independent and connected to their communities, with autonomy and support from a team-oriented Allied Health team.

You will conduct in-home assessments, design personalised strength and balance programs, assess equipment needs and monitor progress while partnering with clients and families to meet agreed goals.
